Effective January 1, 2025

  • No refunds. All sales are final.

  • No returns for incorrect orders.

  • Box Expiration: ViaTeK Solutions must receive Each box within one year from the purchase date (“Expiration Date”). ViaTeK Solutions is not obligated to recycle any box received after the Expiration Date or provide refunds for unused boxes.

  2. In the body of the email, provide your order number, item number (found on your invoice or packaging), and the reason for your inquiry.

  3. Our Customer Service Team will respond within 1-2 business days to address your request.
